We’re pleased to offer our personalized home care services throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery & Delaware and Bucks counties.
When a loved one is showing signs of loss of functionality and needing assistance with common Activities of Daily Living. At Your Care Matters Healthcare Agency, our services are customized to meet the individual needs of each consumer.
We Provide a wide range of non-medical needs, including planning and preparing meals, light housework and laundry, assistance with bathing, showering, dressing and grooming, running errands, companionship, specialized care for dementia and other chronic conditions, and much more.
Services can be arranged as quickly as possible. This is determined by the patient’s method of payment of services.
Hours are determined by the need of the patient receiving services, not all patients required the same amount of hours.
In addition to our interview process, we also run criminal background checks on each of our staff members prior to placement in any home.
If a scheduled caregiver is unable to come when scheduled due to illness, an emergency situation, or vacation, another equally qualified caregiver will provide service in the interim.
